Green Drinks and building tour this month in Downtown Buffalo

We are excited to invite you to the next Green Drinks, Schneider Design Architects PC's newest downtown Buffalo project: Apartments at the HUB, located at 145-149 Swan Street.
Buffalo Energy will be hosting this event and will give tours of the energy efficiency work they have been doing there to make the apartments there energy star qualified. This means that the apartments will use 15-20% less energy than a building built to code. Energy efficient apartments lower your energy costs and make our environment more sustainable.
Tours of some vacant/model apartments may be possible for those possibly interested in living in these new and unique downtown spot. Libations and snacks will be provided. Views of the rooftop patio will be on the tour with great views of downtown. If you haven't been to the newly opened first floor bar HandleBar, then this is a green drinks you don't want to miss.
