Stunning Video Shows Lake Effect Snow Storm Slicing Through The Middle Of Buffalo

YouTubers Jason Holler & Joseph DeBenedictis uploaded a stunning 16-second time-lapse visual that shows the divide created by today's lake-effect snow storm - which dumped as much as 6 feet of snow in some areas.
The video paints a tale of two cities. To the South of the city, cars are left stranded on the road as a state of emergency is in full effect. To the North, residents are seeing as little as 1-2 inches of snow.
