Buffalo: The Least Riskiest Real Estate Market In The Past 35 Years
An analysis published by Bloomberg concluded that Buffalo has the least riskiest real estate market in the country since 1979. In doing so, Buffalo beat out 49 other large metropolitan regions in the United States.
The data obtained by Bloomberg also concludes that Buffalo has a 0% "Risk of Loss" (The “risk of loss” is the percentage of those periods that created negative returns for homeowners). So if you bought a home in the Queen City during the past 35 years, it's unlikely that the property diminished in value.
Kudos to the City of Good Neighbors!
